Technology

The LRM (Laser Reflection Monitoring) system diagnoses weld quality by collecting and analyzing real-time waveform variations in plasma, temperature, and laser reflection during the welding process. Highly compatible with existing equipment, it instantly detects defects such as insufficient penetration, porosity, and surface cracks on the shop floor, ensuring stable quality control.

In advanced manufacturing lines—such as secondary batteries, automotive, and electronics—where mass production and high-precision real-time quality verification are both required, it plays a key role in tracking and digitizing defects in real time, enabling a complete 100% inspection system.

  • Real-time quality monitoring
  • Prevents defective weld outflow, reducing manufacturing costs
  • Improved reliability through in-line 100% inspection
  • Systematic history management based on welding data
  • Excellent cost-effectiveness and on-site compatibility

Key Features

Realtime Weld Defect Detection

Detects insufficient penetration, porosity, power drop, and surface cracks in real time.

Validated Waveform Analysis

Compares waveforms against reference standards using a proven algorithm.

Multi-Wavelength Analysis

Analyzes plasma, temperature, and reflected light signals to evaluate weld condition.

Realtime Judgment & I/O Output

Outputs OK/NG via I/O signals for defect ejection and equipment interlock.
